VIRTUAL REACH

Writing a new story during a challenging time.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Reach will work to reimagine our work. We will focus on remaining connecting to our teens, providing opportunities for leadership and literacy development, and sharing resources for us with our younger readers. Tutors and students, scroll down to find additional resources.

Resources for Teens

During the time that we are unable to meet with Reach's teens in person, tutors will still have the opportunity to earn points, contact hours, and stipends through the menu seen here. All tutors enrolled for the 2019-2020 school year are eligible to earn points and pay through these distance learning activities.

Points will be multiplied by 2, so teens must earn 31 points to earn their full stipend.

Teens, program instructors and site managers are available to answer your questions or connect you to the resources you need to be safe and successful during this time.

Resources for Kids

Because so many young readers are home for the foreseeable future, we have made several of our teen-authored books available by creating YouTube read alouds with the authors themselves! Enjoy Man Up!, read by Riley Campbell, or check out the rest of our available stories at Reach's YouTube channel.
